Lyoness NYC Cabaret Dance Classes are a safe space to challenge, empower, and evolve your dance journey through your own divine expression!
Each group class begins with a full, 30 minute warm-up that involves stretching and strengthening the body as well as allowing mental awareness in the physical space, your energy, and the energy of your classmates.
For the next hour, the class will learn a dance combination that will focus on performance dynamics, technique, and storytelling. Most importantly, this is an opportunity to allow freedom in your own energies and intentions through movement!
